Account & identity information

Name, email address, profile image, authentication identifiers, and account preferences provided through our authentication provider (Clerk) or directly by you.

Restaurant & business information

Restaurant name, address, phone, website, menu items, prices, categories, branding, uploaded photos, team invitations, QR settings, and operational preferences.

Generated & platform content

AI-generated images, videos, audio, captions, prompts, analytics, and other content created through the Service. Lumidish owns Platform Content as described in our Terms of Service.

Usage & device information

Log data, IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, feature usage, referral URLs, and performance/error diagnostics.

Payment information

Subscription status, billing history, and transaction metadata. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and other payment providers; Lumidish does not store full card numbers.

Communications

Support requests, emails, feedback, and marketing preferences.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
• Generate and deliver AI-powered menu and marketing content;
• Process subscriptions, payments, and account management;
• Send transactional messages, product updates, and support responses;

4. AI Processing

To generate images, videos, audio, menu descriptions, and related content, we process your menu and uploaded materials using AI providers and internal systems. This may involve sending data to third-party AI, media, and cloud infrastructure providers under contractual safeguards.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers that help us operate the platform (hosting, auth, payments, email, analytics, AI);
• Restaurant team members you authorize;
• Public visitors when you publish menus, reels, or discovery listings;
• Law enforcement or regulators when required by law or to protect rights and safety;
• Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as billing records and Platform Content owned by Lumidish.

You may manage many preferences in Dashboard → Settings, unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails, or contact us at support@lumidish.com.

10. International Users

Lumidish is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

11. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
