No Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Except where required by applicable law, all fees paid to Lumidish are non-refundable. This includes subscription plans, one-time purchases, add-ons, usage overages, setup fees, and any other charges processed through Lumidish or our payment partners.

2. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, annual, or as stated at checkout). You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation stops renewal but does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any prior billing period.

Access to paid features continues until the end of the billing period for which payment was already made.

3. AI Generation & Delivered Services

Because Lumidish delivers digital services immediately—including AI-generated images, videos, audio, menu processing, hosting, and platform access—we do not provide refunds once generation, processing, or access has begun, even if you are dissatisfied with stylistic results, output quality, or business outcomes.

4. Platform Content Ownership

Lumidish owns all videos, images, audio, sound, and other content created through the platform, as described in our Terms of Service. Refunds are not available based on claims of ownership over Platform Content.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. If a chargeback is reversed in Lumidish's favor, you remain responsible for outstanding amounts and applicable dispute fees where permitted by law.

6. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, duplicate billing or an incorrect amount), contact support@lumidish.com within 14 days of the charge. Verified billing errors will be corrected with a credit or reversal at Lumidish's discretion. This is not a general refund policy and does not apply to dissatisfaction with service quality or generated content.

7. Free Trials & Promotions

Promotional credits, trial periods, and discounted offers are subject to the terms displayed at signup. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

8. Required Legal Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
